The CHMS Booster Club is seeking parent volunteers to help coordinate 8th grade end of year activities.

 Spring Conferences  Spring conferences will be held from 6pm - 8pm on Wednesday March 22 and Thursday March 23.

Please sign up with your student's teachers via Parent Square!

Sports Information:

Baseball Tryouts will be April 3rd and 6th after school until 4:30 pm

Softball Tryouts will be April 3rd and 4th after school until 4:30 pm

Make sure you bring a glove to tryouts!

Please make sure your athlete is registered on Family ID

It is open enrollment time for Student Device Insurance (Jan 1st- Jan 8th) ! 

Full Coverage is $16 
Accidental Damage ONLY is $12

When signing up, parents and staff will see the questions in the box below. 
  • Student Insurance: As long as Families put their student's name in, they do not need to know their student's ID number. 
    • In the Student Number, they can put "Not Known" if they don't know their child's student id
    • In the  Device Serial Number, they can put  "Not Known" if they don't know it
    •   (When the company sends me a spreadsheet I will reconcile these students to the proper ID and schools will have the chance to update serial numbers directly with Worth Ave Group)
 
 8th Grade Information Boston Field Trip payment IN FULL is due by April 7th!
Please be sure your student's permission slip packet is completely filled out or it will be returned to you

Bristol All Heart Logo
The Bristol All-Heart Hotline has been established for Bristol residents in need of social services or other support during this public health emergency. The phone number is: 860-584-6253. The hotline is structured for residents who are confined to their home, are elderly and thus at risk if they go to the grocery store, people with transportation issues, families who can’t reach the School Food Distribution Sites, and other situations.
