Bristol All Heart Logo The Bristol All-Heart Hotline has been established for Bristol residents in need of social services or other support during this public health emergency. The phone number is: 860-584-6253. The hotline is structured for residents who are confined to their home, are elderly and thus at risk if they go to the grocery store, people with transportation issues, families who can’t reach the School Food Distribution Sites, and other situations.

Change in Food Distribution 
This is a special message regarding a change in food distribution. Next week, food will be distributed on Monday, April 6th and Thursday, April 9th. Time and locations will not change. The following week, we will resume distribution on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Phase 2 Encore Office Hours

Dear Students and Families,

We hope you and your family are doing well.  We are excited to transition from supplemental learning to distance learning...aka virtual classroom.  During phase 2, you will continue to complete 1 activity for each Encore in your schedule and submit the information requested through the links provided in the Phase 2 Continuation of Learning Plans.  I will need to contact your family if you are not participating to ensure that you have access to the virtual materials.

Below is a schedule of office hours for each department.  We will be reviewing your work and providing feedback during these times.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out by sending an email. We are here to answer questions, assist with technology, and provide clarification.

                                       PASE 2 WORK INFORMATION AND LINKS

On March 30th, the district will transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2 Learning.  Students will shift from completing supplemental activities to required distance learning.  Ten day learning plans similar to the plans that were created in Phase 1 will be available for your preview on March 27th with implementation beginning March 30th.  We are phasing into virtual learning by first having our students and families get accustomed to accessing and submitting work on-line in the simplest of forms. Phase 2 will also allow us to gather information about families’ access and their continued needs as they adjust to this new way of learning. Teachers will be in contact with students on a daily basis beginning March 30th to support them during this phase.   This will include reviewing submitted work, providing feedback, and monitoring daily check-outs.  Teachers will be focused on participation and all assignments will be graded as a Pass “P” or Incomplete “INC” at this time.  Please remind students to check their gmail accounts starting TODAY.  Teachers will also include M-F daily morning and afternoon office hours.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here for you to answer questions, to assist with technology, and to provide clarification.

BEHS and BCHS will offer food pick up from 11am - 1pm Monday, Wednesday Friday.  

The following places have also decided to distribute food for 1 hour on Monday's, Wednesdays, and Friday's.
