A Letter From The Dean of Students
Hello, Chippens Hill Middle School Families!
My name is Miguel Falcón, and I am honored and excited to join the Chippens Hill Middle School community as your Dean of Students.
The middle school years can be an exciting time of growth and discovery, but they can also bring new challenges. Students are developing greater independence, navigating friendships and social pressures, managing increased academic expectations, and beginning to think more seriously about their future. As parents and caregivers, you play an incredibly important role in helping your child navigate this transition.
As Dean of Students, my role is to partner with you, your child, and our school community. I believe that strong communication between home, school, and the student is essential. Whether your child is experiencing an academic challenge, struggling with friendships or emotions, having difficulty with organization or time management, or simply needs a trusted adult to talk with, I am here to listen, support, advocate, and help identify solutions.
I look forward to getting to know your family, becoming part of the Chippens Hill community, and working together to create a welcoming, supportive, and positive school experience where every student has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
