Intramural Sports Information!

Hello CHMS Families!
We are pleased to announce that Chippens Hill Middle School will be offering an after-school intramural sports program. As you might expect, we will adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines which are subject to change. Any subsequent changes will be communicated to you from the principal, Supervisor of Athletics, Chris Cassin, or your team coach. We would like to offer the opportunity for your child to participate in some form of sport/athletic activity this fall. Participants will be grouped by grade cohort and will adhere to strict social distancing and masking guidelines. Students will only be allowed to stay for after school sports on the day they are in-person learning at CHMS. Families need to provide transportation and arrive promptly at 4:30 pm for dismissal. At this time, CVL students are not eligible to participate and there will not be any travel or competition between schools.

Certified coaches will supervise students and organize skills clinics, athletic challenges, and fun activities. More detailed information will be shared with those who sign up.

The sports being offered are soccer, volleyball, and cross country, which are all co-ed at this moment.

If you are interested in having your child participate in an after-school athletic activity, please fill out the sign up survey below no later than Sunday, October 4th.
